HCL FinTech innovation Lab is a global team of consultants delivering services for the HCL Digital Solutions based in London, UK.
The process.
We used an iterative process through weekly sprints. Each sprint was divided in 5 phases:
Planning, process
Analysis, use context
Specifications, user requirements
Prototype
Evaluation
Each sprint was documented in the form of user stories that we used to deliver a product that has already been tested with the user during the sprint.
